Cancellation Policy

FH Hair Studios Booking Policy Booking Appointments Appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system. A valid payment method is required to reserve all appointments. Consultation Requirement All new guests booking color, corrective color, hair restoration, wigs, extensions, or specialty services must schedule a consultation before booking the service. This ensures accurate pricing, timing, and service recommendations. Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required for select services. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your appointment and secure your reserved time. Cancellation Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. * Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service. * Same-day cancellations may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. * Deposits are non-refundable.
